You need to get either a hand-crank or an electric grain mill. Heaven save us all if we need the hand-crank - it's a hassle. That said, if we lose electricity and you need to grind grain, you'll want the hand-crank version. Tip:  Only grind as much as you plan to use as the fresh ground grain can go bad quickly.
